The Amazing Cucumber – not just for eating
The amazing cucumber – not just for eating! Ever thought it could be used for a household cleaner? What about a natural pesticide? Yes this fruit is amazing!
- Technically because it grows from a flower and the seeds are in the centre, according to botany, the cucumber is actually a fruit!
- You may also note that if you eat cucumber with other foods, it repeats on you. This is because from a digestion point of view it breaks down very quickly and passes through to the small intestine within about 20-30 mins. This means that any other foods you may have eaten along with it, are also being pushed through to the small intestine – often before they have broken down enough. But I will discuss food combining in another post soon 🙂
So would you like to learn how the amazing cucumber can be used as a household cleaner or a natural pesticide? Read on…
